Amazon Designer Dupes of the Week: Pottery Barn Edition

More Amazon Designer Dupes with These Pottery Barn Lookalikes

Buffet Sideboard Cabinet with Rattan Doors

Hi Friends! Last week I posted an Instagram story that shared some favorite Pottery Barn dupes. As much as I enjoy searching for PB lookalikes, I thought, why not make it a weekly thing? Again, these are not exact replicas, but very similar in color, style, etc. Since it will become a weekly post, I'll keep it short and sweet. Let's see what goodies I found for us!

I went back to the drawing board to find some Amazon designer dupes. First up is Bedding. Back in the day, I loved a good bed-in-a-bag comforter set in a gaudy pattern. My taste is much calmer now, and I prefer simple bedding while adding color and patterns with throw pillows or blankets.

Pottery Barn offers a Pick-Stitch Handcrafted Cotton Linen Quilt (left) that comes in a variety of colors, shown here in light gray. I shared this same quilt in another color with a Target Dupes post. The gray option shared from Amazon is 100% cotton and sold in a 3-piece set.

L. Pottery Barn: King Quilt - $279, King Sham - $69 ~ 3-piece total = $417

R. Amazon: King Quilt Set includes 2 King Shams ~ 3-piece total = $149

~ Price Difference = $268

Everyone needs a blanket good blanket. Apparently, I'm loving waffle knit and gray today.

L.  Pottery Barn:  Size King Waffle Weave Blanket = $139

R. Amazon:  Size King Waffle Knit Blanket = $52

~  Price Difference = $87

Next up is a wall mirror.

The iron metal Eagan Small Multi-Panel Wall Mirror from PB (left) measures 28"x33". It has a dark bronze finish and a star detailing at each intersection. A similar style in black (which I prefer) and without the star detail (middle) from Amazon is a solid metal frame and measures 28"x36". If you'd prefer a bronze finish and the extra detail at the intersections, but don't mind the grid being a little thinner, the rustic brown option from Amazon (right) could be a contender.

L.  Pottery Barn:  Bronze Multi-panel Mirror = $299

M. Amazon: Black Windowpane Mirror = $150 ~ Price Difference = $149

R. Amazon:  Rustic Brown Windowpane Mirror = $96 ~ Price Difference = $203

Now for some accessories.

I love adding some natural elements to a room and a woven rattan tray is fun to accessorize on a coffee table or cabinet top. The Tava Handwoven Rattan Rectangular Serving Tray from PB is offered in a couple of colors and sizes. For comparison, we will look at the 14"x10" tray in natural. The Amazon lookalike measures 14.5"x10.2" and has a rating of 4.6 stars on the date of this post.

L.  Pottery Barn:  14"x10" Rattan Tray = $79

R. Amazon:  14.5"x10.2 Rattan Tray = $29

~  Price Difference = $50

I love colored glass. I have several Fenton glass pieces that I will never part with, even if the color doesn't match my current decor. These glass vases are simple, yet elegant in the dark gray hue, which gives them a more modern feel. The size small PB Pilar Handcrafted Vase (left) measures 5.5" in diameter and is 8.25" tall. The Amazon dupe (right) in smokey gray is 5.6" wide and 8" high.

L.  Pottery Barn:  Pilar Glass Vase = $89

R. Amazon:  Ribbed Glass Vase = $22

~  Price Difference = $67

I may be a little overly excited about coasters, but as I've stated before, I love anything marble. I think a set of marble coasters would also look nice with the rattan tray shared in this post. The set of 4 Marble Coasters from Pottery Barn is listed as a "Best Seller" and the coasters measure 4" in diameter.

The comparable Amazon coasters are smaller at 3.5", but they come with a stand and there are 6 of them versus 4. Even though technically the Amazon price is .35 cents more, I consider it a better value and will call it a wash in price difference.

L.  Pottery Barn:  Set of 4 Marble Coasters = $24.50

R. Amazon:  Set of 6 Marble Coasters with Matching Stand = $24.85

~  Price Difference = N/A

If I've said it once, I've said it a hundred times, blue is my jam. I love the timeless elegance of blue and white, and these ginger jars are no exception. I've zoomed in on both photos, and the pattern of these two jars looks nearly identical to me. The size small Pottery Barn jar may be a tad taller at 7" high because the Amazon jar is listed at 6.5" tall.

L.  Pottery Barn:  Blue & White Jar with Lid = $49.50

R. Amazon:  Blue & White Jar with Lid = $25.32

~  Price Difference = $24.18

I said I would be short, but I can't stop sharing. I'll sum it up with one last dupe, this time a piece of furniture.

A storage cabinet is such a versatile piece. It can be used in a dining room as a buffet, a family room as a TV console, or in any room as an accent piece. The Dolores Cane Console Table from Pottery Barn is listed as a Best Seller. I love its simple design, natural look, and the modern element of the metal legs. It measures 72"W x 18"D x 31"H.

The two options from Amazon are not as wide as the PB cabinet, but both offer a very similar aesthetic. The middle option is a set of 2 cabinets that can be butted up together to give it the look of one large cabinet. Each cabinet is 31.5" wide, making the total dimensions 62.5"W x 15.75"D x 31.5"H. The cabinet on the right is one piece, but its total measurement is a tad smaller at 59.05"W x 15.35"D x 31.5"H. I did not find a lookalike cabinet as wide as Pottery Barn.

L.  Pottery Barn:  Dolores Cane Console Table = $1,999

M.  Amazon:  Set of 2 Cabinets with Rattan Doors = $165  ~ Price Difference = $1,834

(this cabinet has a 5% off coupon as of the date of this post)

R. Amazon:  Sideboard Cabinet w/Four Doors = $170  ~ Price Difference = $1,829

(this cabinet has a $20 off coupon as of the date of this post)

Well, that will do it for today. I hope you found something interesting in this week's Pottery Barn dupes. Be sure to leave a comment if there is a Pottery Barn item you'd like me to research and locate a lookalike.

I already have some more things to share, so be sure to stay tuned!
