Dear Readers,

The goal of The Mystical Mind Home Decor Inspiration & Blog (TMM) is to share design-related content and inspire you, along with me, to make changes in our homes that bring us happiness. Our homes should be a reflection of our true selves, and sometimes it takes trial and error to get a design just right. As we explore design elements, we also discuss a little about life and the paths taken to both design and personal self-discovery.

TMM is a personal blog written and edited by me, which I run in addition to my full-time employment. I am not in the design profession and make no claims to have formal training in the field. I am a knowledge seeker and an everyday homeowner with a desire to make my home an inviting place for my family to enjoy.

Another goal of the site is to earn a small commission to assist in completing home projects. TMM participates in affiliate marketing programs by providing links to products. These programs include but may not be limited to Amazon Services LLC, Impact.com, and Commission Junction LLC. I will only promote products that I would consider purchasing myself or that I have already purchased. The products will have positive reviews and be highly rated (above 4 stars if on a 5-star scale) at the time they are shared.

When I shop online for myself, I am very selective and will not purchase items unless they are highly rated, so I would not share those that are rated less with you. However, I am not responsible if a rating falls below this threshold after the date it is shared. Any claim, statistic, quote, or other representation about a product should be verified with the retailer or manufacturer in question.

I care very much about the privacy of visitors to TMM. To that end, this Privacy Policy describes how TMM collects and uses your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and subscribers to themysticalmindblog.com, which is powered and secured by Wix.com Ltd. (Wix). This Privacy Policy is not intended to override any rights you may have under other applicable data privacy laws.

The Type of Information Collected

Personal Information is collected and stored that is provided by you in any way on our website. This includes the personally identifiable information of name, email, and the message completed when utilizing the Chat Box on the Contact page. Other information collected includes your email when subscribing to receive notifications, or any comments made on any blog post. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Storage of Personal Information

Personal Information collected by TMM is processed and stored by Wix, who serves as the processor of the information only and has no direct relationship with the personal information it processes. The collected and stored information will be utilized by TMM to analyze site usage.
